One of GenCant’s missions is to get people playing games… LOTS of people. And the way we like to do that is through “mega” plays of games. These are games that can be played by an virtually unlimited number of players as long as they have the right components. A host “runs” the game over a video stream, and anyone can join in from home! We have a great time in the comments/chat section of the stream and share photos of our boards on social media. Roll and write style games often work great for this. In years past we’ve had mega games of Welcome To… Karuba… Polyhedral Park planner and more.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, one of our beloved hosts had cancel their mega plays… but we still have a number for you to participate in scheduled… and we’ll try to add some ad-hoc ones (best to watch Twitter or the Discord for news on those.)

Color It and Demeter will have downloadable sheets for you to play along with. For Karuba, check out the #MegaKaruba hashtag… while it’s easiest to play along if you have a copy of the game… a lot of people have gotten creative in years past to be able to play even without a copy of the game.

Jump in to any of the mega plays! If you have questions, just ask the host. They’re there to run the game and make sure you have a good time. And don’t forget to share photos of your sheets/boards on social media and use the #GenCant2020 hashtag!
